- 8 oz pizza mozzarella (shredding your own yields better results)
- 2 oz Parmesan (shredding your own yields better results)
- 24 small pepperoni slices
- Nate’s Hot Honey, for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a half sheet pan (13”x18”) with parchment paper.
Grate the mozzarella using the large side of a box grater, the Parmesan using the fine side. Toss the cheeses together.
Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly across the sheet pan, with about 1½ inches around the edges to allow room for melting.
Distribute the pepperoni slices evenly across the cheese, with about 1 inch between each. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and sizzling and the pepperoni is crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature on a wire rack for 20 minutes. (This step is crucial –cooling ensures the chips can be easily picked up, so be patient!)
Once cool, slice into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with Nate’s hot honey.
Serve and relish the bold, cheesy flavors!
